At Archie Mota Tattoos (“I” "we", "our", or "us"), we respect our customers' privacy and are committed to transparently explaining our practices when it comes to collecting and using personal data. 1. BOOKING PROCESS
1.1. Appointment Booking: Clients can book appointments through the website. In order to secure the appointment, the client must place a deposit.
1.2. Purpose of Deposits: Your deposit guarantees the availability of the artist and secures the designated time slot exclusively for your appointment. Deposits contribute towards the total cost of your tattoo and secure one appointment. Deposits can not be combined and can only be used for one appointment.
1.3. Rescheduling Policy: Once the appointment is booked you will not be able to reschedule the appointment on your end. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our team at [email protected]. In the rare occasion your reschedule is approved a additional deposit may be requested. This additional deposit, along with your initial deposit, will contribute to the total cost of your scheduled tattoo appointment.
1.4. Cancellation Policy: TATTOO DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policy specified. Archie Mota is not liable for any fees or penalties related to cancellations.
1.5. No-Shows: If you have not contacted Archie Mota within 30 minutes of the appointment start time your are considered a no-show. No-shows may lose their appointment slot and could be required to pay an additional deposit if rescheduling is approved.
1.6. Understanding and Acceptance: By proceeding with the appointment booking and submitting the required deposit, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the non-refundable nature of the deposit. It is essential to review and agree to these terms before finalizing your appointment.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments.
2.2. Valid ID Required for Age Verification: On the day of your appointment, you must present a valid government-issued ID to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, or any other government-issued identification with a photo and birthdate. Failure to provide a valid ID on the day of your appointment may result in the cancellation of your session.
2.3. Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during appointments. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services.
2.4. Tattoo Care Page: You acknowledge and agree that there is a tattoo care page on our website. It is your responsibility to review this information both before and after your tattoo appointment.

3.1. Client Information: Archie Mota collects client information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and appointment history, for the purpose of providing a seamless booking experience.
